Connecting the Pieces Staff
Sunday school experiences for your child with Autism Spectrum Disorders will be provided by caring adults who work for public school district special education programs serving children with mild-moderate-severe autism.
They have received training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and visual structure, supports, and strategies used in autism programs. They have expertise in positive reinforcement theory, contingency strategies, and they structure natural enviornments to teach children appropriate replacement behaviors.
The staff embraces this new ministry as an extension of their passion for meeting the needs of families touched by Autism outside of the school day.
